On behalf of Zhejiang Gongshang University, I would like to invite the students and faculty members (Please see the attached name list below) to participate in our Spoken English Promotion Project (SEPP) at Zhejiang Gongshang University, Hangzhou, China from March1 to March 22, 2008.
During the above period, the students and faculty members will participate in the SEPP as teaching assistants, take Chinese culture, language and/or business courses, and also take local tours in Hangzhou during weekends. It is understood that Zhejiang Gongshang University (ZJGSU) will cover all the expenses of the airport pick-up from Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, Chinese culture, language and/or business courses, food, accommodation and local tours.
Please apply for appropriate visiting visas for the students and faculty members from the Chinese Embassy in Santiago de Chile and also inform us of their flight details as soon as the air tickets are purchased.
We happily look forward to meeting your delegation on March1, 2008.
